Oops! If VerifyPass says your account wasn't found, there's a few different possibilities.

  1. (Most common) When you initially verified, it was under a different e-mail due to having logged in with Facebook or Google. If you may have done this, try logging in with those 1-click login features.
  2. You're on the wrong login. Business Login and Member Login are separate, so be sure you're on the correct one.

VerifyPass doesn't delete accounts (unless you do so specifically from your account page). If VerifyPass says it didn't find the e-mail, this is accurate.
