If you need to change your e-mail address, VerifyPass requires the new account to be created first.

You can create an account with the correct e-mail address by logging in/out.

After your new account has been created:

If you already have verified groups:

Create a ticket and ask us to move your verified group statuses to your new e-mail. Be sure to provide both your new e-mail and old e-mail.

If you do not already have verified groups:

Proceed with verification as normal.
