VerifyPass only accepted documents electronically. This means we aren't able to process verification documents by fax, traditional mail or other means.


In some cases, applicants may have difficulty using modern technology for one or more reasons. The only other verification method we have available is by e-mail, however e-mail is non-secure therefore it is paramount any sensitive information is blocked from your document prior to sending. Please do not, under any circumstances, send a document containing home address, social security number or other personal data except name and enough relevant information to verify your status by e-mail. As document approval by e-mail is a manual process, allow up to two business days for processing.


After blocking out personal/sensitive data, documents may be sent to help@verifypass.com. Be sure to include the e-mail of your VerifyPass account, if different from the e-mail from which you're sending the document.
